Belly Button Healing Energy Focus

I am in my 5th month and my energy, focus and pain has improved tremendously. When I first started out I had constant headaches every day, indigestion and low energy.

I practice belly button every morning before I get out of bed, and include breathing exercise throughout the day. Using these two techniques along with those I learn when I attend class is now part of my healthy routine. Thanks to the team, they are great!
