In Better Shape and Lost Weight

I strongly recommend this place. I started here about 4 months to get in better shape and lose some weight. I expected a slow and steady progress but am happy to see that I am already in much better shape, have hit my weight goal (and have a new one now) and have much more energy.

I also feel that have I have found so much more. The instructors here are very friendly and take a keen interest in every member's progress - it feels more like a family.

Try it out - you will get in shape, have fun doing it and if you are like me you'll experience some personal growth as well.
