I lived down the street and would walk by but it's sometimes hard for me to try new things. Although I did take Tai Chi and Yoga in the past, I just wasn't sure if this was the right place. I finally tried a few classes and I was more than pleasantly surprised how good it was. I had gotten a bit out of shape so it really felt good for my body to be doing some healthy exercises again. Then I found out they do even more than just the exercises. They also teach many classes on health and wellness from an Asian perspective. Similar to things I had also done in the past. How great is that!!! Such a great place, wonderful programs, and excellent teachers! I'm hooked, sooo good I signed up for a 3-year membership!
