Body and Brain Yoga

I used to work out tirelessly with very little results before I joined Body and Brain Yoga three months ago.

Now, I have lost nearly 15lbs without a special diet or other exercises! Also, my circulation has greatly improved which is important as a diabetic of over 20 years. My energy has even improved three fold now, and I am forever grateful. Now I can't imagine life without Body and Brain Yoga!
