Practice Outdoor Tai Chi / Ki-Gong under the shade of trees with a nice breeze at Lake of Austin Park. Classes are Tuesday & Friday at 9 am. FYI, we'll practice social distancing to be safe during class.

If you do not wear a mask, I am sorry, you will not be able to take class.
There are no bathrooms around the park so please plan accordingly.
Please park your car on "Double Lake Drive". Parking is free. There are some zones you are not able to park in so please read the posted signs.
We will practice Tai Chi / Ki-Gong under the trees as shown in the picture. It depends on the temperature, there is usually a good breeze, and it's not too hot. I don't teach very difficult exercises, mostly slow Ki-gong energy movement with some meditation, and sometimes lying-down meditation or breathing. So, if you would rather do stretching and strengthening exercise, please try our online yoga class
