Meet 30 minutes online every day to practice Strength Training & Mindful Techniques that will help you develop Strength, Power, Endurance, & a Sense of Peace within yourself.

The trainer, Sean, will guide you through strengthening exercises and different breathing techniques & mindful techniques to help create a balance between strength & peace. Through movement and breathing, we can increase our energy circulation and promote positive long-term changes.
